This part of Proterra Builders, Inc. is dedicated to LEED exam prep by providing you with a mnemonic chart to aid you in memorizing all of the prerequisites and credits for each of the LEEDv4 exams.
When LEED accreditation started three decades ago, the exam was very tough. The AP exam had 7 prerequisites, 58 credits and 19 extra credit points. There was a decent amount of information to memorize, especially percentages for each level of a credit. If you couldn’t memorize each credit name and their percentages, you would most likely fail the exam. That’s why I created a memory mnemonic to easily memorize all of the credits and their percentages. Read it write it and repeat it. I learned from my experience in law school how to memorize large amount of information. LEEDv4 exams are much more difficult than the original AP exam. LEEDv4 has more prerequisites and credits, more data, more cases and paths and more specialties. Each product has easy instructions on how to memorize the content.
LEED v4 for Building Design and Construction
Exam preparation for LEEDv4 Building Design and Construction consists of mnemonic charts for New Construction, Core and Shell, Retail, Data Centers, Hospitality, Warehouses and Distribution Centers, Schools and Healthcare. These products are straight forward and clear mnemonics and text that will enable candidates to memorize each prerequisite, and credit including its name and the relevant data. Candidates are provided one (1) piece of paper by the test center. Take the first 15 minutes to quickly rewrite the chart from memory and use it as a study aid during the exam.
LEED v4 for Interior Design and Construction
Exam preparation for LEEDv4 Interior Design and Construction consists of mnemonic charts Commercial Interiors, Retail, and Hospitality. These products are straight forward and clear mnemonics and text that will enable candidates to memorize each prerequisite, and credit including its name and the relevant data.
